The vision of Trueface is to see hundreds of thousands of high-trust cultures of grace multiplied around the world by building and restoring trust in leaders and those who follow them. Through various venues, Trueface does this by teaching leaders how to “trust God and others with themselves.”
Bill and I partner with the ministry of Trueface. Bill is one of the teachers in their HTLC (High Trust Leader Certificate) course, one of the writers for the Trueface blog, and serves as associate staff with the Trueface team. I am an adjunct faculty member for HTLC, a 16 week online course. HTLC has been highly formational in my spiritual journey and that of my friends who have taken it with me.
